On Friday September 9th, The Cross Stitch Project will host a bag sale and Indian inspired celebration at the 1st Existentialist Congregation in Candler Park from 7pm -10pm.
The bags are the first produced by the girls in the Kolkata program.
In addition, there will be raffle prizes from Atlanta restaurants and retailers and a silent auction of a one of a kind quilt made by women in an Indian prison program. DJ Revelator will spin Bollywood/Bhangra/Drum and Bass tunes.
Indian inspired snacks and drinks will be available.
